Nine-Month Faculty Appointment Dates

Appointment Dates for 2011/2012

• Academic Year; 08/08/2011 – 05/04/2012; 19.5 pay periods
• Fall Semester; 08/08/2011 – 12/20/2011; 9.7 pay periods
• Spring Semester; 12/21/2011 – 05/04/2012; 9.8 pay periods

PAY DATES: The first check for nine-month faculty members for Fall 2011 will be for nine days and issued on Friday, August 26, 2011.  Checks will be issued biweekly thereafter for the remainder of the appointment of the 2011/2012 academic year (19.5 pay periods).  The final check for the academic year will be issued on May 18, 2012.

Ten-Month Faculty Appointment Dates - Florida State University School Faculty

Appointment Dates for 2011/2012; 08/15/2011 – 06/07/2012; 21.4 pay periods

PAY DATES: The first check for the new 2011/2012 year for FSUS faculty will be for four days (8/15-8/18) and will be issued on Friday, August 26, 2011.  Checks will be issued biweekly thereafter for the remainder of the 2011/2012 academic year (21.4 pay periods). 

Twelve-Month Faculty Appointment Dates

Appointment Dates for 2010/2011; 08/8/2011 – 08/06/2012; 26.1 pay periods

PAY DATES for NEW faculty members: The first check for the 2011/2012 academic year for twelve-month faculty will be for nine days and will be issued on Friday, August 26, 2011.  Checks will be issued biweekly thereafter.

Twelve month faculty will not be appointed through the OMNI “Mass Appointment” process.  Any faculty with a 01/01/9999 end date will automatically continue in the OMNI system.
