  • Annual evaluation process (with peer component)
    • Assignment of Responsibilities (Also, if not in a seperate document, include summer criteria and rotation policy/procedures for supplemental summer appointments for 9-month faculty)
  • Merit criteria and method for distribution of merit salary increases
  • Promotion and tenure criteria and procedure
