7.2 University Personnel Relations Department

The University Personnel Relations Department strives to insure the equitable administration of personnel policies and benefits to accord fair and equal treatment to all employees; to establish a system of personnel administration and management for University Support Personnel System and Administrative and Professional employees and to assist in the coordinating of many services available to academic personnel.

The University Personnel Relations Department provides services for employees regarding compensation, position classification, benefits, grievances, counseling and other personnel matters;. Employees are urged to contact the Personnel Relations Department when help is needed in these matters.
