The Personnel Operating Procedures Manual is published and distributed by the office of the Vice President for Finance and Administration. It encompasses State of Florida, Board of Regents, and The Florida State University policies relating to University Support Personnel System; and Administrative and Professional employees. Policies regarding employment practices, classification of positions, leave regulations, employee relations; and employee benefits;are included in the manual.
The University Personnel Relations Department publishes a staff handbook, FSU and You to define policies, benefits and work rules covering USPS (staff) employees. Copies are available in the Personnel Relations Department.
