Employee identification cards are issued to faculty and staff on initial employment and subsequently are revalidated on or about October 15 of each year. The expiration date is October 15 of the following year.
The card may be used for identification, Social Security number reference, reference for credit in the city, admission to the Reservation, swimming pool or golf course, University Store purchases, and for various other purposes.
