7.52 Disruptive Conduct
Board of Regents Policy--FAC 6C-5.285

(1) General Faculty members and Administrative and
Professional employees who intentionally act to impair,
interfere with, or obstruct the orderly conduct, processes,
and functions of a state university shall be subject to
appropriate disciplinary action by the university
authorities.

(2) Disruptive conduct shall include, but not be limited to,
the following:

(a) Violence against any member or guest of the university
community;
-
(b) Theft or willful destruction of university property or
of the property of members of the university;

(c) Interference with the freedom of movement of any member
or guest of the university;

(d) Deliberately impeding or interfering with the rights of
others to enter, use, or leave any university facility,
service, or scheduled activity, or in carrying out their
normal functions or duties; or

(e) Deliberate interference with academic freedom and
freedom of speech of any member or guest of the university.

(3) Each university is free to further define disruptive
conduct in its rules and regulations.
