The official academic calendar of the University is prepared by the Office of the Registrar and approved by the University Calendar Committee. All academic activities and non-academic activities should be scheduled by staff and faculty in this office well in advance of the dates of their occurrence. No event should be publicly announced until it has been entered on this official calendar and until space has been scheduled for the event.
